Le
accrocher is the main load-bearing component of the electric hoist, and it mainly has two forms: single accrocher and double accrocher.
Single accrocher: It is a commonly used accrocher with simple structure and convenient use. Lematerial is generally forged from 20# high-quality carbon steel or 20Mn, and the maximum lifting weight is not more than 80 tons.
Double accrochers: Double accrochers are often used when the lifting weight is large, and the force is even and symmetrical. Lematerial is generally forged from 20# high-quality carbon steel or 20Mn. Usually, double accrochers are used for lifting equipment larger than 80 tons.
Lelaminated accrocher is riveted by cutting and forming multiple steel plates. Since the accrocher plate will not break at the same time, the working reliability is better than that of the integral forged
accrocher. Ledisadvantage is that the weight and size are larger.
Lescrap standard of
accrocher:Leaccrocher is cracked; the dangerous section wears up to 10% of the original size; the opening degree is increased by 15% than the original size; the torsion deformation exceeds 10 degrees, the disadvantage is that the weight and size are large.
Leaccrocher should be scrapped when one of the following situations occurs: 1. Crack; 2. Dangerous section wear reaches 10% of the original size; 3. Leopening degree is increased by 10% than the original size; 4. Letorsional deformation of the accrocher body exceeds 10; 5. Hanging Ledangerous section of the accrocher or the neck of the accrocher is plastically deformed; 6. Leaccrocher thread is corroded; 7. When the bushing of the accrocher is worn to 50% of the original size, the bushing should be replaced; 8. Lemandrel of the accrocher is worn to the original size At 5%, the mandrel should be replaced.
